Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or placing an order with Six 27 Creations, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and all policies published on this page.

Pricing

Prices, product availability, and turnaround times are subject to change without notice. Written quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Applicable Massachusetts sales tax will be added where required by law.

Order Acceptance

Six 27 Creations reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to, but not limited to:

• Copyright or trademark infringement

• Offensive or unlawful content

• Pricing or typographical errors

• Product availability

• Suspected fraudulent activity

If an order is canceled after payment has been received, an appropriate refund will be issued when applicable.
 

Intellectual Property

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to reproduce any artwork, logos, trademarks, or other materials submitted for printing. Six 27 Creations is not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement involving customer-provided artwork.
 

Limitation of Liability

Six 27 Creations is not responsible for delays or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supplier shortages, shipping carrier delays, weather events, equipment failures, or other unforeseen events. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order.
 

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Order Policies

• All products are custom-made specifically for each customer.

• Please review your order details carefully before submitting payment.

• Orders may be refused or canceled if they violate our Terms & Conditions or Policies.
   

Payment Policy

• Payment in full is required before production begins.

• Orders totaling $500 or more may qualify for a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due before pickup, delivery, or shipment.

• Orders will not be released until payment has been received in full.
   

Returns & Refunds Policy

• Because every item is custom-made, all sales are final.

• Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for incorrect size selections, color choices, or customer-approved artwork.

• If an item is defective or an error was made by Six 27 Creations, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review and resolve the issue.
   

Artwork Approval Policy

• A digital mockup will be provided when applicable.

• Customers are responsible for reviewing all artwork, including spelling, colors, sizing, placement, and design details.

• Once artwork has been approved, production will begin and no further changes can be made.

• Six 27 Creations is not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.
   

Shipping & Local Pickup Policy

• Orders may be shipped or picked up at the location provided during checkout or communicated by Six 27 Creations.

• Customers will be notified when their order is ready.

• Six 27 Creations is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, or damage occurring after an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier.

• Customers are encouraged to pick up completed orders promptly.
   

Production Times

• Standard production time is approximately 2–3 weeks after payment (or required deposit) and artwork approval.

• Production times may vary due to order size, product availability, holidays, supplier availability, or seasonal demand.

• Rush production may be available for select orders and may be subject to additional fees.
   

Merch Drop Policy

• Merch Drops are available for a limited ordering period.

• Orders are produced only after the Merch Drop closes.

• No changes or additional orders can be accepted after the closing date.

• Estimated production time is approximately 2–3 weeks after the Merch Drop ends.

• All Merch Drop sales are final.
   

Color & Sizing Disclaimer

• Colors displayed on digital screens and mockups may vary slightly from the finished product due to monitor settings, garment materials, printing processes, and supplier variations.

• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct garment size. Size charts are provided when available. Six 27 Creations cannot guarantee fit and does not offer returns or exchanges for sizing unless an incorrect item was provided.
